Turkey Burgers Win!

The plan was to write about a salmon dish I made last week. But I can't get the taste and thought of the Turkey Burgers I made tonight for dinner. So here are the Turkey Burgers, made and topped with a new salad dressing I bought last week, Marie's Chunky Feta Dressing. Awesome stuff, especially with Uncle Bill's homegrown tomatoes. Enjoy!

11/2 lbs. Ground Turkey 97/3 (lean to fat)
1/2 c. Italian Breadcrumbs
1 egg
11/2 T. Dried Minced Onion or 3 T minced onion
1/2 t dried garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried mint
3 T Marie's Chunky Feta Dressing
salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients with your hands and form into four patties 11/2 inches larger in diameter than your buns. (I used Thomas's Bagel Thins - less bread is better). Grill over mediun heat until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Serve on toasted bagel thins, with slices of home grown tomatoes and a spoonful of the Chunky Feta Dressing.
